 ical Center. This enterprise-wide project aims to reduce the percentage o
 f adult patients within Carilion Clinic inpatient environments who experie
 nce an adverse drug reaction related to insulin administration. This prese
 ntation addresses the project management tools and processes used to impl
 ement best practices for insulin management in the midst of COVID-19 and t
 ransitioning project managers.
