Creativity INC: Creating Innovation Environments in the Workplace

There are two key ingredients innovative teams have: trust and time. The most innovative teams are ones in which:

1. people feel safe sharing their ideas and creating new concepts and
2. team members have time to think.

With the pace of change and the pressure on our workforce, how can we create these conditions in our companies so that bring their best ideas to the table (and then execute on them!)?

In this session we will explore:

• The different roles of setting expectations and discovering aspirations on teams, and why both of these experiences matter
• How to create thinking environments in meetings and on teams using Ground Rules, Rounding and After Action Reviews
• Time Design strategies that promote strategic thinking and creativity on teams
